Monday around 2:00 pm, a Trooper stopped a 2015 Hyundai Elantra, traveling westbound on IH-20 in Gregg County for a speed violation. The Trooper discovered that passenger Deadriene Glass, 24, of Oak Grove, LA, had an outstanding warrant from Midland County and Morehouse Parish, LA, for murder. There was a foot chase, and then the officer found a loaded pistol in the car where Glass was seated. Glass is in Gregg County Jail.
