Murder Suspect Wants Bond Reduced

A Bowie County man charged with fatally shooting a man in Texarkana wants his $1-million bail reduced. They are accusing 22-year-old Tyvon Gullatt of shooting 25-year-old Carlos Clark at a gas station on State Line Avenue. Clark gave officers the first name of the person he says shot him, before being transported to the hospital, where he later died.
