Murder Suspect Wants Evidence Surpressed

The attorney representing a Dallas man facing Capital Murder charges in Hunt County  wants to suppress certain evidence in the case. Attorney Toby Wilkinson represents Timothy Adam Kelley, who is accused of strangling 70 year old William Dow Schauer in southern Hunt County. Wilkinson claims State Troopers and Texas Rangers  searched Kelley’s residence without a warrant.
