NE Man Guilty Of Killing Step-Father

Clinton Ray Allen, 45, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Upshur County to murdering his step-father, James Earl Robertson. The court sentenced Allen to 45 years for that fatal shooting. District Attorney Billy Byrd said Allen’s lengthy and violent criminal history means he is unlikely to make parole.
