NE Texas Attorney Faces Federal Jury Trial

A Northeast Texas attorney who allegedly attempted to smuggle narcotics into the Cass County Jail will go on trial in federal court in Marshall in October. There will be a jury trial for 49-year-old Bryan Lee Simmons as he faces a four-count indictment on weapons and drug violations.
