NE Texas Boy Accidentally Shot By Brother

Police are investigating after a 9 year old Texarkana boy accidentally shot his 12 year old brother in the cheek. The 12 year old was taken to a local hospital and then flown to a trauma center as a precaution. Doctors say the victim’s injuries are not life threatening.
