NE Texas Drug Dealer Convicted In Mt Vernon

A man called the #1 methamphetamine dealer in Franklin County was convicted Thursday on three counts of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. Scott Everett Shine was sentenced by a Franklin County jury to life in prison on each charge. Shines must serve at least 30 years in prison before becoming eligible for parole.
