NE Texas Man Accused Of Poisoning Migratory Birds

A Northeast Texas man has been accused of harming migratory birds by using a deadly pesticide. John Purviance is accused of mixing the chemical pesticide Temic with feed corn he placed at more than a dozen locations near Folse Ranch in Bowie County. Purviance is slated to appear before a federal magistrate in Texarkana next month.
