Texas Rangers have arrested a Northeast Texas man on a Bowie County indictment for murder. Authorities are accusing 39-year-old Toddrick Matthews, of Hooks, with killing Sonjha Banks in September 2013. Her body was found in Matthews’ burning home. Investigators say she had been beaten to death, and the home set on fire to cover up the crime.
