NE Texas Man Charged In Stepfather’s Fatal Shooting

The Upshur County grand jury has handed down an indictment against a man accused of killing his stepfather. Clinton Ray Allen of Gilmer is charged with murdering James Earl Robinson. Detectives say the motive in the fatal shooting was a family dispute. Allen remains in jail in lieu of $950,000 bond.
