NE Texas Man Charged With Capital Murder In Child’s Death

Bond has been denied for a Northeast Texas man arrested Saturday morning on a Capital Murder warrant. Officials are accusing 25-year-old Benearl Jermain Lewis, of Wake Village, of causing the death of a four-year-old boy. Lewis is being held in the Bi-State Justice Center.
