A Northeast Texas man has been charged with Capital Murder, for allegedly killing his girlfriends child 5 months ago. Police say 25-year-old Michael Darius Moore of Texarkana was babysitting 2-year-old Kadarius King and two other children the night in November of 2015, and when officers were called to the residence because of the unresponsive toddler. King was transported to a local hospital where he died. Autopsy results show the boy died of massive blunt force injuries.
