NE Texas Man Charged With Continuous Sexual Abuse Of Child

A Northeast Texas man, charged with continuous sexual abuse of an 11-year-old girl was in Bowie County District Court in New Boston Monday for a pre-indictment hearing. Tonny Obray Ezernack III was arrested last month after the girl’s mother confronted him about inappropriate text messages on her daughter’s phone, which led her to believe sexual conduct had occurred. Ezernack has reportedly admitted to a New Boston Police Department Investigator of the sexual assaults.
