NE Texas Man Charged With Making Threat On Social Media

A Northeast Texas man was arrested Tuesday for making a terroristic threat on social media. Texarkana Police say 24-year-old made a post on Instagram that included a picture of an AR-15 and the comment, “I’m thinking about finally going back to school.” People who knew Rankin saw the post and called authorities.
