NE Texas Man Convicted In Marijuana Robbery

A Bowie County jury has convicted one of four people charged with robbing a Northeast Texas couple of their marijuana. Twenty-one-year-old Eric Lamont Turner was then sentenced by District Judge John Tidwell to 30 years in prison. Two co-defendants have pleaded guilty to the robbery and face sentencing later this month. A fourth defendant is awaiting trial. Shots were fired during the robbery but there were no injuries.
