An East Texas man charged in connection with a fatal crash has been sentenced to the maximum. Walter Todd Miller, 58, was sentenced to 99 years in prison by the Rusk County jury that convicted him of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle. Prosecutors say the jury took into consideration Miller’s extensive criminal record in determining the lengthy sentence.
