NE Texas Man Guilty Of Indecency

A 33-year-old Northeast Texas man is guilty of repeatedly exposing himself to a 12-year-old boy. Jerry Dean Smith was sentenced by a Bowie County jury in New Boston to seven years in prison. Smith had reportedly met the boy through his church and committed the offenses at his apartment.
