NE Texas Man In Custody After Bizarre Behavior On Roof

A shirtless man wearing inside-out athletic pants was apprehended by police and firefighters on the roof of the Grim Hotel in downtown Texarkana Wednesday afternoon. The man, was sitting on the ledge and dangling his legs over the side, and then began hanging by his hands from the top of the building. Officers say the man was acting bizarrely and was taken for a mental evaluation.
