NE Texas Man Indicted For Child Trafficking

A Northeast Texas man has been indicted in Bowie County on multiple counts of human trafficking and sexual assault. Kenneth Dewayne Nelson, 63, of Texarkana, is accused of trading drugs for sex with five teenage girls. He faces up to life in prison if convicted.
