Bowie County Jail
A Northeast Texas man has been indicted for multiple sex crimes involving children. Officials charged 34-year-old Robert Allen Smith, of New Boston in Bowie County, with human trafficking, possession of child pornography and aggravated sexual assault of a child. He was allegedly living with the victim and her mother at the time of the alleged crimes.
