NE Texas Man Jailed After Evading Arrest, Abandoning Child

Bond was set at $120,000 for a Northeast Texas man who decided to flee in his vehicle with his seven-year-old daughter with him after a traffic stop. Brandon Webb, of Texarkana, abandoned his vehicle and his daughter and ran away. He was later caught hiding in a closet with his other children at his home.
