NE Texas Man Not Guilty Of Sexual Assault

A Bowie County judge rejected a plea bargain negotiated between the attorney for a man accused of sexual assault and a New Boston jury was ordered to hear the case against 38 year old Benny Joe Nelson, AKA “ The Hulk”, of Texarkana. Nelson left the courthouse a free man Wednesday after the jury of 6 men and 6 women found him not guilty.
