NE Texas Man Sentenced For Sexual Abuse Of A Child

A Cass County jury convicted a man of sex crimes against a child. Wilburn Elbert Horner, Jr., of Linden, was convicted of Indecency with a Child by Contact and Exposure. The jury sentenced him to 20 years for the contact charge on ten for the exposure. The sentences will be stacked and they fined him $20,000.
