NE Texas Murder Suspect Appears In Court

A Northeast Texas teen accused of murdering a toddler appeared in Bowie County District Court for a pre-indictment hearing. 18 year old Clifford James Gayton Junior is accused of beating 2 year old Da’Corian Wright to death while he was babysitting. Prosecutors have not yet decided whether or not to seek a death penalty in the case.
