A Northeast Texas woman struck and killed while walking in Bowie County Sunday night has been identified by State Troopers. 50 year old Kimberly Michelle Jones was walking on the wrong side of FM 1398 when she was hit by the car driven by an Arkansas man. The driver stopped and called 911 and charges are not expected.
