A northeast Texas man charged with producing and distributing child pornography has pleaded not guilty to the charges in Texarkana federal court. 84 year old Jay Earl Anderson, hometown unavailable, is being held in the Titus County jail in the custody of US Marshals. The government is seeking the forfeiture of Andersons personal cameras, computers and other digital and electronic equipment. His trial is set for July.
