A Northeast Texas man accused of shooting a 14 year old boy in the leg has been arrested. 25 year old Devonta Henderson turned himself in to Texarkana police and has been charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly weapon. His bond was set at $100,000 and he remains in the Bi-State Jail.
