A Northeast Texas teen accused of capital murder has been found mentally competent to stand trial. 19 year old Clifford James Gayton Jr . of Texarkana is accused of beating to death his ex-girlfriends 2 year old son Da’Corian Wright. Prosecutors are not seeking the death penalty in the case.
