A 17-year-old has been arrested for allegedly writing threats about a school shooting on the walls of a New Boston high school bathroom. Serenity Lane Parks is charged with making a terrorist threat on a group and tampering and fabricating evidence. She’s being held in lieu of $25,000 bond on each charge in the Bi-State Jail in Texarkana.
