NE Texas Trailer Park Owner Faces Pollution Charges

A Northeast Texas trailer park owner is facing felony charges. The owner, 45-year-old David Michael Clampitt, of the park in Redwater, appeared with his lawyer in Bowie County District Court on a pre-indictment hearing for intentionally and knowingly discharging raw sewage. His attorney said he anticipates solving the problem without the need of grand jury action.
