A cluster of storms will move across the region this morning into the early afternoon. Some storms may be severe, with isolated damaging wind gusts being the primary threat. Heavy rain may also lead to new flooding.
Saturday through Thursday
Daily storm chances continue through the middle of next week. Storms
may be vital to severe at times. Large hail and damaging winds will continue to be the main threats.

Today and Tonight
Expect widespread showers and thunderstorms today across the ArkLaTex late this afternoon into the evening. Some intense storms may produce gusty winds and small hail. In addition, locally heavy rainfall could result in a threat of flooding.
Friday through Wednesday
Some storms may be severe on Friday, with locally heavy rain, damaging winds, large hail, and possibly an isolated tornado threat. Otherwise, periods of showers and thunderstorms producing locally heavy rainfall will be possible each day through the middle of next
week.
