New Abortion Law Could Affect Frozen Embryos

The new Texas abortion law has led to a new legal fight over frozen embryos. A Denton couple had a “prenup” that said if they ever got divorced, any frozen embryos would go to the husband. But since the new Texas abortion law went on the books, the ex-wife is claiming the embryos are humans, and she wants them. The Texas Supreme Court has not decided whether to hear the case.
