New Candidates For Sulphur Springs City Council

Former Councilman Oscar Aguilar signed up to run in the May Municipal Elections for Place 3 on the Sulphur Springs City council. Newly appointed councilman Harold Nash will seek re-election for Place 2. Last week, incumbents John Sellers and Doug Moore filed. The filing deadline for candidates is February 14. City residents who are interested in running for a seat on the council should see City Secretary Gale Roberts for a candidate package.
