New Charge Added Against Former Tyler Nurse

William George Davis

Attorneys representing the former Tyler nurse charged with murdering multiple patients have filed a motion to suppress interviews that he had with police officers. They allege that 37-year-old William George Davis had exercised his rights to an attorney and that any interrogation of him should have ended. Meanwhile, a new indictment has identified a fourth person allegedly killed by Davis, and they added another charge of capital murder. Davis was a nurse at CHRISTUS Louis and Peaches Owen Heart Hospital.
