New Charges Added Against HC Inmate

An alleged illegal immigrant already being held in the Hopkins County jail on money laundering charges has new charges filed against him. The cell phone belonging to 22 year old  Carlos Omar Cassillas allegedly contained multiple images of child pornography and his bond has been increased by $150,000.  Bond, however was denied on an ICE detainer and he remains in jail.
