A Sulphur Springs woman already in the Hopkins County jail on drug and child endangerment charges has new charges against her. 21 year old Haylee Brooke Chester was served with a 1st and 2nd degree felony warrants for manufacture or delivery of controlled substances in a drug free zone. Her new bonds total $500,000.
