New Charges Against Hopkins County Inmate

A Sulphur Springs man already in jail on arson charges has been served in his jail cell with another warrant. 30 year old Eric Dale Bailey has now been charged with failure to register as a sex offender.  His bond was increased by $25,000 to a total of $45,000.
