New Details On Collin County Mass Murder

There are new details from the Collin County Medical Examiner’s Office concerning the Allen Premium Outlets shooter who killed eight people and wounded seven. The gunman, Mauricio Garcia, 33 years old, was shot by an Allen Police Officer in his head, ear, and arm. He died from a gunshot wound to the head. A toxicology report revealed he was negative for “alcohol or common illicit drugs.”
