New Details On Fatal Beating of ET Prison Guard

New details have been released on the alleged fatal beating of an East Texas corrections officer by an inmate. A report showed that 38 year old Billy Joel Tracy, an inmate at the Telford Unit in New Boston didn’t have his handcuffs double locked by guard Timothy Davison. Another guard that should have been closer to Davison at the time he was murdered was somewhere else. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against Tracy.
