New Executive Director Appointed For City Square Paris

CitySquare Paris has appointed Rochelle Bass to serve as the new Executive Director. She’s replacing Derald Bulls who is retiring but will remain on the board. Bass was Salutatorian of Roxton High School, a graduate of PJC and also holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters in Social Work from from Texas A&M-Commerce. She previously served as a Program Director and Case Manager for CASA.
