New Fannin County Lake Moves Forward

The Greenville Herald Banner is reporting that a new lake project to add to the North Texas water supply is progressing through the permitting process and is expected to be completed by 2025. Lake Ralph Hall, named for the area’s longtime congressman, is being developed along the North Sulphur River in Fannin County. The lake is to cover almost 19 square miles and produce about 30-million gallons of water.
