As of this week, Oklahoma has 200 new laws on the books. For example, one makes the theft of catalytic converters or tires punishable by a $5,000 fine or five years in prison. Another prohibits unsolicited phone calls between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. In addition, it will be illegal for callers to disguise their phone numbers or use technology to change their voices.
