New London Seeks Voluntary Water Conservation

Rusk County Emergency Management says the City of New London is asking for voluntary water restrictions because of the extreme temperatures, lack of rain and increased demand on the water system. The Mayor says the voluntary measures will help take the load off the water system so stricter restrictions will not have to be enforced.
