New Members on Agenda for Paris City Council

Two new members will be sworn onto the Paris City Council at tonight’s meeting and a new mayor and mayor pro-temp will be selected.  Paula Portugal will replace Dr. AJ Hashmi and Linda Knox will take the place of Matt Frierson. Dr. Steve Clifford ran unopposed and will also remain on the council. In other agenda items, Harrison, Walker and Harper are expected to be awarded a $970,000 contract  for the Flow EQ Basin Barscreen Project.
