New Oklahoma Constitutional Carry Gun Law Starts Nov. 1

Beginning November 1, a new constitutional carry law will take effect in Oklahoma. The law will allow Oklahomans, over the age of 21, to concealed and open carry of a firearm. The law will not apply south of the Red River. In Texas, a license to carry is required.
