New Plea Entered for Man Charged With Sexual Assault of Children

The attorney representing a former Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender was in Lamar County District Court this week and entered a new not guilty plea for his client, Donald Jack Robertson  the Second has been re-indicted for continuous sexual abuse of a child. He also faces multiple counts of sexual assault and indecency with children. The victims were under the age of 14 at the time of the offenses.  His trial is set for August.
