New Public Works Director In Paris

Paris City Manager Grayson Path has appointed Michael Smith to serve as the new Public Works director. Smith formerly served as superintendent of the Capital Improvement Program. Path will now focus on two more high-level appointments to the city administration in the police and fire departments.
