An Appeals Court has ordered a new punishment trial for a man sentenced to 10 years in prison in connection with a fatal crash that claimed the life of a Tyler woman. Lawyers for James Fulton asked for the new punishment trial based on insufficient evidence, ineffective counsel and juror bias. The court of appeals sustained the second argument of ineffective counsel.
