New Tobacco Law Cause For Confusion Among Oklahoma Retailers

In Oklahoma, local tobacco retailers are dealing with some confusion after a sudden law change. The legal age to buy tobacco products has changed from 18 to 21, but some aren’t sure when the law change occurs in Oklahoma. The F.D.A. says on their website, “It’s now illegal for a retailer to sell any tobacco product to anyone under 21.” The FDA will provide additional details on this issue as they become available.
