New Transgender Suit Filed In Texas

Three Texas families with transgender children sued the state to block child abuse investigations. The lawsuit asks the court to stop abuse investigations into any family who is a member of the LGBT rights group P-Flag. It makes the second lawsuit involving the state attorney general’s opinion on transgender medical care for kids that triggers child abuse investigations.
